It’s the ideal equipment for cooking pasta, rice, vegetables and eggs thanks to the quick water boil, available in gas and electric versions.
The water load tap on the front side of the top makes the water flow regulation easier as well as easy for tank cleaning by favouring the elimination of starch deposits left by the pasta. The pressed tank in AISI 316 stainless steel of 40 L, has large rounded edges and is equipped with a drilled board to rest large baskets.
The draining board ensures a large and comfortable board to rest things.
